Mechanical Finish - Buff, Brush, Sand, Bead Blast

Working with you, we can assist in developing the look that will set your product above the rest. Using specially designed equipment, we can buff, brush, sand, or bead blast your parts. Buffing: Creates a high luster, mirror type finish when used with a Bright Dip anodized finish. 200 & 237

Brushing: Creates a soft textured look to your part. Often used to give parts a stainless steel or nickel appearance.

Sanding: Gives a heavier, straight line texture to flat surfaces.

Bead Blasting: Creates a very fine satin finish and does not take off significant amounts of the base metal.
