At Bowers, we're all about aluminum. Extrusions provide a cornerstone of our business.
We extrude over a million pounds a month of 6000 series alloys.
Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to provide complex profiles in a wide range
of sizes, strengths, and technical demands.
We have multiple presses for redundancy and varied requirements. Our small press (880 ton)
is an excellent press for small, intricate, highly cosmetic parts. Our largest press
(2500 ton) is excellent for those heavy shapes that our competitors just can't handle. In 2011, we upgraded our
handling system on our small (5") press to provide even better quality control and scrap recovery of process alumuinum.
